Climate Ambassador training

The next session is starting next week, join our Climate Ambassador training courses in Selby!

Thanks to your feedback from our Spring Get Together event and recent workshops, we learned that many of you are eager for climate change training and support.

In response, we’re continuing our 'Community Climate Ambassadors' training programme with Kate Urwin, the Yorkshire Energy Doctor. This programme, funded by North Yorkshire Council's Shared Prosperity Fund, is brought to you by Up for Yorkshire and the Our Zero Selby programme.

This free, 3-session course is perfect for residents and local organisations wanting to understand more about climate change. You'll receive an introduction to climate change, learn about the impact of our day-to-day activities, and hear about inspiring local initiatives.

No prior experience is needed, and there are no expectations beyond the course—just an opportunity to learn and be inspired.
